Around the 18th of the eighth lunar month is a good time to watch the tide of the Qiantang River. Under the influence of the typhoon, the tide of the Qiantang River was more ferocious than that in previous years. On September 20, we arrived at the Jiashao Bridge and recorded the tide with an UAV.

At 11:30, the tide came into view from the east side of Jiashao Bridge. A white line approached from far at the eastern skyline. The calm river became noisy gradually, and the sound of dull thunder came. All of a sudden, the tide also gradually changed from a line to an “S” featuring crossing water lines. It was spectacular and particular. About 10 minutes later, the tide carried the waves, gushing to the waters under the Jiashao Bridge. The tide and the bridge set off against each other, forming a majestic sight.
