Yesterday morning, the 2021 Zhongxie Ancient Village Cultural Tourism Festival, co-hosted by the District Propaganda Department, Lanting Cultural Tourism Resort, District Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, District Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and Jidong Town, was kicked off on the Zhongxie Ancient Village Square, attended by, among other, Deputy District Head Zhu Jingzhi.

A variety of events, such as ancient music performance, martial arts performance, Zhejiang University Ecological Planning & Landscape Architecture Institute’s Demonstration Base Inauguration, “Huijidong” Inheritance Ceremony, Youth Entrepreneurship Bazaar and Han Costume Parade in Ancient Village, were held at the opening ceremony, taking tourists back to thousands of years ago for a taste of antiquity.
